We offer complimentary standard shipping within Australia. For express post shipping the cost is calculated based on weight and will be displayed during the checkout process before the payment is finalised.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

5. International Shipping

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply. Customers are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We will provide any necessary information to assist with the claim process.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
